The list below illustrates the variety of activities, clubs and roles open to your child at Chalford Hill. It is not a definitive list but subject to change as different opportunities arise.

REACH Awards

Certificates are awarded by members of staff to pupils who go above and beyond when it comes to displaying REACH qualities;

Representatives

Self nomination across all year groups and elected by peers.  Each child can only hold a position for a year.

Parents apply for a place for their child/children and awarded by ballot if over subscribed.

Most are open to all who are interested, but some may be specific to certain year groups.

Some activities are open to all members of a class whilst others offer opportunities for different children selected by teachers and based on merit.

Pupils at the end of Year 5 apply for their first and second choices and are interviewed by teachers for these roles.

Residential

  • Viney Hill (Year 6)

The whole year group enjoys time away together enjoying a variety of outdoor activities.
